How it works

1. Email help@nuderalabs.com within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and the email you used to buy.
3. We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days.

You don't need to return the bottles, and you don't need to explain why.

What's refunded

We refund the full amount you paid for the products in your order, including any shipping you paid, to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement right away. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it with a full refund.
