We ship to addresses in the United States. Every order is tracked.

When your order ships

Each order is prepared and packed fresh after you buy. Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as it leaves our fulfillment center.

How long delivery takes

Once shipped, orders arrive in 2–5 business days. From the day you order, most customers receive their package in 4–7 business days. These are estimates; carrier delays or weather can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping costs

3 bottles or more (3- and 6-bottle sets): FREE tracked US shipping.
2 bottles: $9.90 tracked US shipping.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. No customs or import fees apply to US orders.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before your order is packed. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Lost, damaged or wrong item

If your package arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help.
